The homeowners were tired of cleaning overflowing gutters twice a year and dealing with water pooling near the foundation. Their old galvanized gutters had rusted through in spots and pulled away from the fascia.
The Challenge
Mature oaks around the property dropped heavy leaf loads that overwhelmed the old open gutters, causing overflow that damaged landscaping and stained the siding. The fascia also needed repair behind the rusted gutters.
Our Solution
We removed the old gutters, repaired two sections of fascia, and installed custom-cut seamless 5-inch aluminum gutters with hidden hangers. We added mesh leaf guards across the entire run to keep debris out while letting water flow freely.
